Your favor card order can be shipped in as little as four business days. The following shipping options are available:
Standard Shipping: $5.95 (please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery)
Expedited Shipping: $12.95 (please allow 8 business days for delivery)

How can I donate my wedding gown?
Donating your wedding gown to the I Do Foundation is a wonderful way to support our work and your favorite charity. Because we sell our gowns through a consignment partner, we can only accept items that meet certain resale requirements. These requirements and instructions for sending us your dress are available here. The I Do Foundation will send you an acknowledgement of your charitable donation once it has received your dress and confirmed that it meets the above requirements.
If you live in the Washington, DC area and would like to drop your
dress off in person you are welcome to do so. Please call 202-736-5747
to arrange a time with our staff.

How can I delete or deactivate my account?
If you have not raised any charitable donations, you can delete your account by contacting Customer Service. If you would simply like to deactivate your account, you can do so on your Profile page, whether or not you have raised any donations. When you deactivate your account, you will no longer be able to raise donations for your charity, and your guests will not be able to find or view your wedding website. All of your information will be saved, and you can always reactivate your account at any time.

How can I reactivate my inactive account?
You can reactivate your inactive account on your Profile page. Deleted accounts cannot be reactivated.
